#1 Do you ship the package discreetly?

Yes, we ship orders in discreet, direct from our warehouses straight to your door.

#2 How long does shipping take?

Typically, 10-15 days to most areas in the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. 15-30 days to other countries.

You will receive a tracking info email after the package is fulfilled. The tracking info will update in 7-12 days when the package arrive destination country.

#3 What material do you use? Is it body-safe?

Only Platinum Liquid Silicone used for our prosthetics. Body-safe, odor-free, eco-friendly.

#4 Why could not I find my country on the Checkout page?

Due to some country's customs policies, they do not allow importing such products. Which means we do not ship to your country at the moment.

#1 Can I change the color option after order?

You can change the color BEFORE we ship your package.

If you think you chose a wrong color, please email us by info@crassie.com ( Or DM us on Instagram @lezcrassie). Tell us your order number, and the correct color you want. No need to cancel or edit the current order. Your email will be the RIGHT color.

#2 Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order BEFORE we ship your package.

#3 Could I track the shipping?

Yes! A tracking info email will be sent once sent out.

#4 Why the tracking information does not update for days?

All packages are shipped from China. The tracking information updates in 7-10 days when the package arrives in your country and pick up by local courier.

#5 Can I return my products?

All products can NOT be returned due to the sensitive nature of these kinds of items.If there is a manufacturing defect on your product, please contact our Customer Service( info@crassie.com ) to get a replacement.
