SHIPPING POLICY

General:

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping option. All CRASSIE products are shipped discreetly, in plain gift boxes, boxes, and mail-packaged.

Shipping time: 1-3 working days for the packaging process; shipping takes 10-20 days at different destinations.

All products are described as "Silicone molds" for Customs. 

We ship your order to the address you provided on the Checkout Page. If your address is incomplete (missing an apartment number or business name), we will contact you via the email/phone number you provided. Your order will be placed on hold until we get the correct address. (If you can't complete a purchase on crassie.com due to no shipping available to your place, please get in touch with us directly.)

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that shipped items are legal in their country. We are not responsible for packages that are confiscated by customs. (If you finish the Checkout Page on crassie.com, your parcel will be delivered safely.)

You may have to pay VAT Customs Duty on your package before it gets released by your country's Customs. These fees are charged by your country, not crassie.com. We are not responsible for any taxes. If you refuse to pay the taxes, customs will detain the package, and the purchase amount will not be refunded.

Missing Shipments:

Kindly please check the tracking confirmation email with the correct tracking link. (The email always comes within 1-5 days after your purchase.) You can track the package with the correct tracking link; tracking info updates in 5-10 days when the box arrives at your country's Customs.

Ensure the shipping address is correct, and check your mailbox when the package arrives. ( Your purchase won't be refunded if the tracking link shows the package has been delivered correctly.)

Defective or Mis-shipped items:

We inspect every item before shipping to ensure you get a well-conditioned product. If there is any manufacturing defect or wrong color from your purchase, please get in touch with our service team for a replacement.
